Traditional Google Ads integrations can only send conversions to your Google Ads account if basic criteria are met, such as call length or first-time call, and these are often inaccurate measurements of a new patient.
Since Patient Prism can determine a call's classification and booking status, you can use our integration to report conversions to your Google Ads account based on call Classification and/or booking status, enabling better Google Ads optimization.
**Important**
The only calls that can be sent to Google Ads are those that Google already knows about.
This means that the only calls that can be successfully sent as conversions are those that either:
- Originates from a Website Pool number with a captured Click ID
- A Google Ad Extension with a Patient Prism tracking number is used as the forwarding number
