Step-By-Step Guide
- In Patient Prism, navigate to Manage > Triggers: https://next-web.patientprism.com/manage/triggers
- Press the +Create button on the top right
- Ensure that the correct company is selected, and then name your Trigger.
- Click Call Analysis Updated event.
- Set the condition to the type of calls you want to push to Google Ads. For example, anytime Patient Prism analyzes the call as a New Opportunity (someone calling to book an appointment who has not been to this location before, based on the conversation).
- If you would like to report all New Opportunity calls:
Classification - Has Any - New Opportunity
- In the Actions section, select Report Conversion To Google Ads.
- Select your connected Google Ads account in the Integrations dropdown.
****** If your connection was set up as an MCC (manager account) (see step 8 of Connecting your Google Ads account to Patient Prism), select the MCC here. A second dropdown will appear where you pick the specific client account this action should report conversions to.
- You can select the location to associate with this integration.
- For the Web Conversion Action, select the Clicks conversion you made in the last step to match this trigger.
- For the Mobile Conversion Action, select the Calls conversion you made in the last step to match this trigger.
- You can choose to set a Conversion Value if you would like Patient Prism to push the value to override the Google value, or you can leave it blank to defer to the Google Ads value.
-
To report conversions for another location or account from this same Trigger, click Add action and repeat steps 7-11 for that location's Google Ads account (or MCC client account) and its conversion actions. ****** This lets you group multiple locations under one Trigger when their conditions match, instead of creating a separate Trigger per integration. Add as many actions as you need.
- Click Save on the top right of the page.
If you are setting the integration up on the MCC level, your Action should look like this per location:
Your Trigger should look like this:
*Click conversion actions are for calls with an associated Google click ID.
*Call conversion actions are calls that originated from a mobile click-to-call ad or ad extension.
*Call conversion actions are calls that originated from a mobile click-to-call ad or ad extension.
