Google Ads allows users to input a number to show on an ad.
They used to be called "Google Ad Extensions" but are now called "Google Ad Call Assets."
Using a unique tracking number here will provide deeper insight into when these Call Assets are dialed and the outcome of the phone calls.
Please use the link below to learn how to make a static 10-digit phone number in Patient Prism to use for your ad(s):

Please follow the instructions from Google below to add the call asset:

Once that number is added, Google will most likely reject it if it is not on the website.
To get around this, there are three options:
1. Link the website URL associated with the ad to prove authenticity by linking your Google Search Console and Google Ads accounts.
Google will approve the number if the website and the Google Ad accounts are linked and verified.
2. Add the Google Ad Extension/Call Asset to the linked website.
If this linked website is a landing page, you can use this number as the displayed number.
Alternatively, you can post this Google Ad Extension/Call Asset on the website in a place no one will see it.

3. Add that Call Asset number instead of the main number on the website and swap it during page load using a dynamic pool number.
You can then create a dynamic pool number in Patient Prism that looks for the Call Asset number on the site and swaps it out with a number in the pool. This way, the call asset number is on the site, but web visitors will not see it because it will be swapped with a pool number, which will still be unique to the ad.

Link the website URL associated with the ad to prove authenticity by linking your Google Search Console and Google Ads accounts.
- Add the tracking number as the Ads Call Asset and see if it gets rejected.
- Since Google will most likely auto-reject it, add the website URL in the Linked Account section under:
Tools and Settings -->Setup--> Linked Accounts:
- https://support.google.com/adspolicy/answer/6368661?sjid=3590527553789725732-NA#678 - Once the site has been linked, please update the call asset number to a different number and then change it back to the number you want to show as the call asset.
- Now that the domain has been verified and the number has been updated, Google should approve this request once they re-review it.
-----
Add the Google Ad Extension/Call Asset to the linked website.
Since Google just needs to see the number on the website, you could always post the number on the site and have people call it.
If you do not want people to call this number and would like them to call a different number, you can post the number in a place no one will see the number. For example, you can post this tracking number on the site on the contact page in small text with the same color as the background.

Google should still be able to see the number when they crawl the site, but visitors to the site will not see this number.

Add that Call Asset number instead of the main number on the website and swap it during page load using a dynamic pool number.
- Edit your website and place the associated Google Call Asset number instead of the main number.
- Create a dynamic website pool number with the swap target as that associated Google Call Asset number.
- Place the company's Patient Prism code snippet on the website.
- Now, the Call Asset number will be on the site, and Google's website crawlers will see it, but when visitors load the site, they will see a number in the newly made pool.
