The first step is to connect your Google Ads account and Patient Prism account.
The Google Ads account(s) you link should be the account(s) that you would like to push data to from Patient Prism.
**We recommend that the user using a shared/service email address is the one who makes the connection (for example: integrations@mydomain.com).
This is because the email that creates the integration essentially serves as a bridge between Patient Prism and Google Ads.
If this email is downgraded or removed from Patient Prism or Google Ads, the integration as a whole will break.
- Go to the Integration Page in Patient Prism.
- Click the Google Ads option.
- Select your Company.

Click "+Add Account."

Select the Google Account that is tied to your Google Ads account.

Log in to that account and Allow the connection.
- Click the three dots on the connection row that was just linked.
- Select the Edit option.
- Select the Account (and Client Account if applicable) that you want to push data to.
- You have now designated the place you will push data to.
- Repeat Steps 4-10 for any other accounts you would like to link.
