The best way to track marketing insights is through our. Recommended Marketing Number Setup, which includes:
- A dynamic website number for each website you'd like to track
- Different static numbers for other marketing sources (one per source)
Once your numbers are assigned to distinct sources, you can begin reviewing performance data in real time.
Where to Analyze Marketing Performance 🧭
Use the Performance Report to view marketing insights.
⚠️ Make sure each number has an assigned referring source using the trigger system. For more information on referring sources, see our article.
Referring Sources Pie Chart 🥧
To visualize your source distribution, navigate to the Referring Sources Pie Chart. This shows how your marketing sources (e.g., Google Ads, Organic, Social Media) are performing across the selected date range and locations.
Referring Sources Tab of the Enterprise Insights Table 🧮
To see a breakdown of referring sources per location, use the Referring Sources tab under the Enterprise Insights table.
This will show how many calls each office is receiving from each source. If one office is underperforming, you can quickly spot which source might be underutilized.
Not Booked Tab of the Enterprise Insights Table 🔎
You can also use the Not Booked tab in the Enterprise Insights report to identify why certain locations aren’t converting new opportunity calls.
This breakdown helps isolate patterns like:
Insurance mismatch
Schedule availability
Pricing misalignment
Tracking Phone Numbers Table ☎️
This table displays:
How many calls each tracking number received
How many of those calls converted into booked appointments
If you notice high call volume but low bookings, it may mean:
Agents aren't booking incoming leads
The correct leads are not being sent to the office phones
