Since Patient Prism can determine a call's classification and booking status, you can use our integration to report conversions to your Meta Ads account based on call Classification and/or Booking Status to have a greater optimization of Meta Ads.
Before even ssetting up the integration, you will want to ensure Patient Prism is tracking all of your possible Meta Ads calls:
- Use a Patient Prism dynamic pool number on the website where the ads are pointing to (either your main location website or landing page).
- Use a Patient Prism static tracking number as the Meta Ads Desination number.
The summary of the setup is:
- Add Patient Prism as a Partner in Meta Ads.
- Connect the Meta Ads Account and Dataset(s).
- Create a Trigger to report data to the integration.
