If you want to know the different sources for different types of calls, the best way to do this would be to have a separate number per source.
That way, when the number is dialed, you know exactly where the caller found the number since it is only posted in its associated place.
This is also an easy way to analyze calls in our system because it requires no phone company changes.
1 ."Hop" Your Existing Tracking Numbers
The current owner of the tracking numbers can forward the numbers to a Patient Prism number, and the Patient Prism would forward the call to the office.
This allows the current company to continue accessing the number and data and provide us with the data/call recording.
To implement this method, create static numbers that forward to the office and then set your existing tracking numbers to forward to these new Patient Prism numbers.

2. Port your Existing Tracking Numbers
If you have existing tracking phone numbers, they can be ported to our system.
This would move the numbers into our system, and the current company holding them will lose access to them and their data.
