This part is entirely customizable. You will be setting conditions that dictate when we report a conversion to Google Ads.

Step-By-Step Guide
- In Patient Prism, navigate to Manage > Triggers:

- Press the +Create button on the top right
- Ensure that the correct company is selected, and then name your Trigger.
- Click Call Analysis Updated event.
- Set the condition to the type of calls you want to push to Google Ads.
For example, anytime Patient Prism analyzes the call as being a New Opportunity.
- If you would like to report all New Opportunity calls:
Classification - Has Any - New Opportunity
** If you are working on multiple locations and want this trigger to be for just 1 location conversation, you will have to add a condition that says Location Equals X (x = the desired location the integration is for)
- In the Actions section, select Report Conversion To Google Ads.
- Select your connected Google Ads account in the Integrations dropdown.
- For the Web Conversion Action, select the Clicks conversion you made in the last step to match this trigger.
- For the Mobile Conversion Action, select the Calls conversion you made in the last step to match this trigger.
- You can choose to set a Conversion Value if you would like Patient Prism to push the value to override the Google value, or you can leave it blank to defer to the Google Ads value.
- Click Save on the top right of the page.
Your Trigger should look like this:
