Lead Connect is a feature that will allow you to turn your new form submissions into inbound phone calls.
If you integrate your online forms with Patient Prism, when someone submits a form, you can have the submission trigger Patient Prism to dial someone on your team and connect them automatically to the form submitter.
When the call ends, the call recording will be entered into the Follow Up field in the form that triggered the Lead Connect interaction.
We will explain how to set up Lead Connect in more detail in the next article, but the quick info for how to set this up is below:
- Follow the steps here to integrate your forms with Patient Prism.
- Once integrated, submit a test form and make sure it is assigned to a location in Patient Prism.
- Go to the Location(s) for which you would like Lead Connect to be active and select a Callback Phone Number and Default Outbound Caller ID number.
- Create a Trigger to turn on Lead Connect and tell the system when it should occur.
- Finished. New form submissions that match the conditions in the trigger and will now perform the Lead Connect feature.
