Linking Patient Prism and your Practice Management System (PMS) instance will enable the two systems to communicate with each other.
This will enable our system to read and write to your PMS instance, as well as allow the PMS to send data to Patient Prism.
Integrating will allow Patient Prism to:
- Pull your patient records and create them as Contacts in Patient Prism.
- This will also show how many calls, forms, and texts in Patient Prism there are for each contact.
- Pull the true lifetime value of the patients instead of using our estimated values. - Allow for the Online Scheduling feature to function.
- Write back to the PMS information from the Patient Prism system (referring source, Deeplens analysis, etc).
These integrations are also what will power other features (that will be released very soon), for example:
- AI Agent: to enable it to integrate with your system.
- Campaigns: so that Patient Prism can view all patient information to generate automatic or manual campaigns.
You can connect your Practice Management System and Patient Prism without having to incorporate those other features.
