Step-by-Step Guide
- Sign in to your Mango Voice account at admin.mangovoice.com
- Navigate to Integrations → Custom webhook for Mango events v2.0 (at the bottom of the Mango Integrations page)
- After clicking Learn More, you should see a page similar to the screenshot below:
- The Remote ID field is optional.
You can add something like "Patient Prism - (PBX Location Name)" here if you would like.
- For the Callback URL, enter the entire URL in red on the Mango Integration page:
- Select Call Log as your Event Selector
- Make sure the Status on the top right of the Mango integration screen is set to On.
- In Patient Prism, select Locations in the Mango Voice Integration section:
- Click Activate for the location that corresponds to the PBX you are currently in:

Enter your PBX ID
You'll find the PBX ID usually at the end of the URL of your Mango Voice Admin dashboard
- You have now successfully integrated your Mango Voice and Patient Prism systems.
When a new call is made, the data will be shared with the Patient Prism system so that we can analyze the phone call.
