Extensions Mapping will allow you to assign a call to an agent by mapping the extension that answered the call to a user in the system.
For this to work, a user would have to be associated with an extension in Mango Voice that they will use all the time, which someone else will not use.
If someone else uses the exception, it will still map it to the user it was associated with.
To set this up:
- Go to Integrations --> Mango Voice
- Click the PBXes option on the sidebar:
- Edit one of the PBXes
- You will now see a box like this, and the next step is to find the API Key in Mango Voice:
- Log in to your Admin Mango Voice portal and click the Integration option at the bottom of the sidebar:
- After clicking the Integrations button, a new button called Authorization will appear under it. Click that new button:
- Here, you will see a blue box containing your "Authorization Keys" copy it by clicking the clipboard button:
- Paste that key in the API Keys box in Patient Prism for the associated PBX:
- Press Save Changes. You should now see the PBX Set as Enabled under the API column:
- Repeat these steps if you have multiple PBXes that you would like to map.
- Click the Extension option on the Mango Voice integration and then Sync extensions:
- After a minute, refresh the page, and you should see the extensions from the linked PBXes pull into the Patient Prism system.
- Edit the extension and then tell the system what Patient Prism user is associated with that extension so calls can be directly associated with them.
(If there is not a Patient Prism user for that exertion yet, please add them to the system): - Make this change for each extension that you would like associated with a Patient Prism user.
Going forward, every time the Patient Prism system receives a call from Mango Voice from an extension that was mapped, the system will associate that call with a Patient Prism user and set them as the Answering Agent.
