Step-by-Step Guide
- Sign in to your Mango Voice account at admin.mangovoice.com
- Navigate to Integrations → Custom webhook for Mango events v2.0 (at the bottom of the Mango Integrations page)
- After clicking Learn More, you should see a page similar to the screenshot below:
- Go to the Patient Prism Integrations page:
https://next-web.patientprism.com/manage/integrations - Select the Mango Voice option and then Enable the integration:
- For the Callback URL in the Mango Voice integration page, enter the entire URL in red on the Mango Integration page (you can copy it using the clipboard button)
- Select Call Log as your Event Selector
- Make sure the Status on the top right of the Mango integration screen is set to On.
- The Remote ID field is optional.
You can add something like "PatientPrism" here if you would like.
- In Patient Prism, select the PBX option in the Mango Integration sidebar, then select Add PBX:

Enter your PBX ID
You'll find the PBX ID usually at the end of the URL of your Mango Voice Admin dashboard
- The API Key part is used for extension mapping and is optional.
- The last step is to select the Location(s) this PBX is associated with.
If you link more than one location you will have to upload the numbers you want to track as external phone numbers so that you can tell our system which Mango number is for what Patient Prism location:
If you are using one PBX per Patient Prism location, then just select that one location. - You have now successfully integrated your Mango Voice and Patient Prism systems.
When a new call is made, the data will be shared with the Patient Prism system so that we can analyze the phone call.
