Company Administrators can access the Notification options for their company:
Manage -> Companies -> Notifications
There are currently four notifications a user can active:
- Number has many not connected calls
- Insights
- Increase pool numbers
- Billing
Number has many not connected calls
This notification will send a system notification to the indicated user when the same number has three not connected calls in the last 24 hours.
So, if a caller dials the same number three times in the same 24-hour duration and does not speak with someone, the indicated user will receive a system notification telling them that this occurred.
Insights
The Patient Prism system can email the indicated users an Insights summary via email.
They will receive an email with a report showing data for that Company for the day.
These emails will be sent to the user at 8 pm for the timezone indicated under their profile.
The email will send at a frequency the user can indicate.

Increase pool numbers
The selected user (s) will receive a system notification if their pool numbers are swapping too frequently.
Billing
The selected user (s) will receive a system notification when a billing event occurs.
