There are two different types of Insight emails that can be sent to Patient Prism users.
- Company Level Insights (these will include data for all locations within the company)
- Location Level Insights (these will include data only for the locations the user was selected to receive data for)
The Patient Prism system can email the indicated users an Insights summary via email.
They will receive an email with a report showing data for that Company or Location(s) for the day.
These emails will be sent to the user at 8 pm for the timezone indicated under their profile.
The user can then update the frequency at which they will receive the email in their profile:

The Intervals can select from in any combination are Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly
Company Level Insight Emails
Company Administrators can access their Company Notification settings to select who should receive a Insight Report emailed to the email indicated on the user account.
Manage -> Companies -> Notifications

Location Level Insight Emails
Company Administrators and Location Managers can access their Location Notification settings to select who should receive an Insight Report emailed to the email indicated on the user account.
Manage -> Locations -> Notifications
A user who is receiving data for multiple locations will have the data combined into one email.
