What Does the Slack Integration Do?

Integrating Slack and Patient Prism would allow users to create a trigger to send an alert to their Slack workspace.

You can dictate when the message will be sent, what it will say, and what channel or user the message will be sent to.

This allows users to manage their Patient Prism alerts via their Slack interface.

Summary of the steps to integrate Slack and Patient Prism:

1. Create a Slack app and copy the token.
2. Enter the token in the Patient Prism Slack integration page.
3. Add the Slack app you created to the channel you would like to send messages from Patient Prism.
4. Access and Copy the Channel ID
5. Create a trigger in Patient Prism to send custom messages to the designated channel.
