Create a Slack app and copy the token.
Use this Slack link to find and access your API settings:

Scroll down a bit and click the green Create app button:
Click Create app:
Select Workspace:
Click Next
You do not need to edit, and can click Create
After pressing Create, press Got it to continue
You should now be in your Apps Settings:
Click Install Workspace
Press Allow
At the top of this page, you should see this bar with a link that will bring you back to the tutorial page we started on.
Please click this link and do not go to the tutorial page any other way:
On the tutorial page, under the button we clicked at the beginning to make the app, you should see a token in the black box.
It should start with xoxb-:
(if you see this placeholder text instead of your real token then you did not click the hyperlink and may need to start the process over)

Enter the token in the Patient Prism Slack integration page.
- Copy the token we created in the last step
- Go to the Integrations Page in Patient Prism:
https://next-web.patientprism.com/manage/integrations - Select Slack
- Click Add Token and add the newly made token give it a name, and Save:
You have now successfully created a new app in Slack and linked the API Token in Patient Prism.
