This means they could dial our number directly or reach our number indirectly during the “call flow” process.
A phone number in Patient Prism must be associated with a Call Plan.
This call plan is what dictates how the Patient Prism tracking number will behave and route.
If the caller does not reach a Patient Prism tracking number during the call flow process, we will not receive the call recording or its data.
