In Patient Prism, the Dictionary feature allows users the have our system tag specified words that are said in calls.
We include a “Default Dentistry Dictionary” that includes the most common keywords said in a call.
Dictionaries contain topics and topics consist of phases.
The phrases will be the spoken word(s) that are said in the call and they can be configured under topics to better sort the types of phrases you would like to identify.
In a Patient Prism call, you will see if there was a topic applied to it.
The system will pluralize the phase without needing to add its plural to the phrase as well.
Appointment vs appointments will be included but words like tooth vs teeth will not.
