In Patient Prism, the Dictionary feature allows users to have our system tag specified words in calls.
We include a Default Dictionary that includes the most common keywords said in a call based on your industry.
Dictionaries contain topics, and Topics consist of Phrases.
The phrases will be the spoken word(s) that are said in the call, and they can be configured under topics to better sort the types of phrases you would like to identify.
In a Patient Prism call, you will see if a topic/phrase was applied to it:
You can click each one of these phrases, and it will take you to the point in the call where the patient discussed the clicked phrase.
