A user can only be assigned to one “role” per company they are assigned to.
This role contains permissions that will be explained below.
There is also a summary of this in the “User Role” section of the system.
Standard User
This user role is one you would want to apply to use that you want to have very limited access to the system.
They will only have access to the dashboard and calls assigned to them.
Location Lead
This user role would be assigned to a user whom you would like to have access to all calls and reports for the locations they are assigned to
This is a good role for someone following up on calls.
They have access to all calls at the location(s) they are assigned to.
Location Manager
This is the role you would assign if you want to give a user access to most of the features while limiting some of the volatile/sensitive fields.

- Users: Invite//Edit all users for their location(s)
- Modify the review of calls we have analyzed
Company Administrator
This is the role you would assign a user you want to have complete unrestricted access to the system.
They will be able to perform all possible end-user tasks with this role.

- Triggers: Add/Remove/Edit all triggers for their company
- Dictionaries: Create/Edit/Remove Dictionaries and Topics/Phrases for their company
- Phone numbers and Call Plans: Can Create/Edit/Remove for their company
- Integrations: Access to use and Edit/Remove
- Business Schedule: Edit and Assign
- Tags: Create/Remove/Edit/Assign
