Removing a user from a company is how a user is ‘disabled’ or ‘deactivated’ from being able to view the data for that company.
If they still have access to another company they will still be able to log in to Patient Prism but will not have access to the removed company's data.

To remove a user from a company or location, first access the user profile that you want to remove.
Go to the ‘Manage’ dropdown on the side panel and access the ‘Users’ section.
Then, click the user’s name that you would like to remove under the “User” column:
You will now see the User’s ‘Profile’

To remove a user from a company
Click ‘Companies’ on the left panel
Select the company you wish to remove the user from
Click ‘Remove’
This will remove the user from the company and they will no longer be able to access it

To remove a user from a location
Click ‘Locations’ on the left panel
Select the location you wish to remove the user from
Click ‘Remove’
This will remove the user from the location and they will no longer be able to access it
