Removing a user from a location/company is how a user is Deleted / Disabled / Deactivated from being able to view the data for that location/company.
If they still have access to another location/company, they can still log in to Patient Prism but will not have access to the removed company's data.

To remove a user from a company or location, first access the user profile that you want to remove.
Go to the Manage-->Users
Then, click the user’s name that you would like to remove from a location/company:
You will now see the User’s ‘Profile’
To Remove a User From a Company
- Click Companies on the left panel.
- Select the company from which you wish to remove the user.
- Click Remove.
This will remove the user from the company, and they will no longer be able to access it or its data.
To Remove a User From a Location
- Click Locations on the left panel.
- Select the location from which you wish to remove the user.
- Click Remove.
This will remove the user from the location, and they will no longer be able to access it or its data.
