Set Up the Google Business Profile Integration

Connect your Google Business Profile account to Patient Prism to import your business profiles and synchronize their operating hours. After a profile is assigned to a Patient Prism location, that location’s hours will reflect the hours listed on its assigned Google Business Profile.
 

Before You Begin

Make sure the Google account you use has manager or owner access to the Google Business Profiles you want to connect.
 

1. Connect Your Google Account

1. Go to Manage --> Integrations in Patient Prism:
   https://next-web.patientprism.com/manage/integrations
    
2. Open the Google Business Profile Integration page.
    
3. Select the Accounts tab.
    
4. Click + Add Account in the upper-right corner.
   
    
5. Select Continue with Google:
   
    
6. Sign in with the Google account that has access to the applicable Business Profiles.
    
7. When prompted, grant Patient Prism permission to access the Google account and its associated Business Profiles.
    
8. After authorization is complete, return to the integration’s Accounts section. If a Setup button appears beside the account, select it and choose the Google account you want to connect.

Patient Prism will import the Business Profiles associated with the selected Google account.
 

2. Assign a Business Profile to a Location

1. Open the Business Profiles tab.
2. Locate the Business Profile you want to use.
3. Assign the profile to its corresponding Patient Prism location.

Once assigned, Patient Prism will pull in and synchronize the operating hours from the Google Business Profile. The Patient Prism location will then reflect the hours maintained on the Google listing.

To change the location’s synchronized hours, update the hours in Google Business Profile. Patient Prism will pull in the updated information through the integration.
 

Optional: Activate Review Management

If the location will also use Patient Prism’s review-management features:

1. Open the Business Profiles tab.
2. Select the relevant profiles using the table’s multi-select option.
3. Open the multi-select actions menu.
4. Select Activate Reviews.

Activating reviews is separate from assigning a profile for business-hour synchronization.
