Using Patient Prism, if you integrate your Practice Management System, you can leverage our Online Scheduling portal.
Our online scheduler can be used across all your integrated offices to display a unified schedule to your users, allowing them to view the office's availability and schedule directly into their system.

This integration allows you to easily manage the interaction the user has when scheduling. You can customize:
- The design and logo.
- What appears as a bookable appointment that can be scheduled online.
- The Appointment Type names.
- The Description for the Appointment Type.
- The Booking Groups (which allow you to display multiple offices within the same group).
This is particularly useful for offices located close to each other, as it provides the user with more options to book if the initial one they were looking for has limited availability.
The Online Scheduler is configured in the Company Settings after a Location has integrated its Practice Management System.
The first step is to integrate Patient Prism and your Practice Management System.
The overview of the process is to:
1. Link the Business Management Service
2. Configure Appointment Types
3. Generate a customizable Booking Link.
