đź”— What are Short Links in Patient Prism?
The Short Link feature allows you to quickly copy and share the exact Patient Prism page you're viewing—with all filters, date ranges, and locations intact.
đź“Ť Where to Find It
You’ll see the short link icon at the top right of every page in Patient Prism.
Click the icon, then select “Copy link” to grab a direct URL to the current page.
The link will retain the exact:
• Date range
• Location(s)
• Filters or search parameters
• Tab or page view
⚠️ Permissions Note
Short links reflect the permissions of the person clicking the link.
🔒 If a Company Admin shares a link to a page like Triggers, Phone Numbers, or Integrations, and the recipient doesn’t have access to that page, they’ll see a server error.
For example:
- A Standard User or Location Manager won’t be able to open a shared short link to the Business Schedule page.
đź’ˇ Common Use Cases
Here are a few practical ways to use the Short Link feature:
- Office Manager: Wants to share specific calls from the Call Search page with filters like “Classification > Equals > New Opportunity” and “Follow Up Recommended > Yes” — simply copy the short link and paste it in Slack or email.
- Regional Manager: Reviewing the Dashboard for a particular day and location—uses the short link to quickly bring a location lead into the same view.
