You will need Company Administrator access to Patient Prism and have access to the Setup tab in your Denticon portal.
The simple explanation is:
1. Gather your PGID and OID for each office you wish to integrate.
2. Set Patient Prism as a Vendor in Denticon.
3. Inform Patient Prism that this has been completed so we can finalize the setup.
Gather PGID and OID:
You should see this information in the top right of the portal:
The PGID is in pink, and the OIDs can be found in red.
Set Patient Prism as a Vendor in Denticon

- To set up a Vendor to access your API, you can start by clicking the Setup tab at the top of the Denticon portal.
- You should then see an Offices option, expand that, and click Vendor API Settings - New:
- Press the +Add Vendor button:
- You should see a tile that says Patient Prism. Click that one and then Activate:

Select the offices you would like to integrate, then move them over and save:
- We will now be able to access your Client Secret Key.
Inform Patient Prism
Once you have linked the offices you would like to integrate in Denticon, please submit a Patient Prism ticket to let us know you would like to complete the integration:

Please send us the PGID, OID for each office you would like to integrate, as well as the Patient Prism location name per OID:
