π What are Bookmarks in Patient Prism?
Bookmarks let you flag any call (or a specific clip of a call) so you can quickly find it later. They live in your personal Bookmarks library and do not affect what other users see.

π― Why Use Bookmarks?
Build a library of great (and not-so-great) calls for staff coaching;
Track questions, objections, or techniques you want to revisit;
Reference calls quickly during team huddles and training sessions.
βοΈ Creating a Bookmark
- Open a Call Summary.
- Click the
Bookmark icon (upper-right corner).
- In the Manage Bookmarks window:
- Name - Give it a clear title (e.g. Great greeting example).
- Description (optional) - Why this bookmark matters.
- Folder (optional) - Pick a folder to store the bookmark.
- Crop call (optional) - Drag the sliders to keep only the key clip.
- Click Save to bookmarks.
ποΈ Accessing & Managing Your Bookmarks
- From anywhere in Patient Prism, click the
Bookmarks icon in the top menu to access your bookmarks.
- Use the left sidebar to switch between All or specific folders.
- On any bookmark you can:
- Play the clip directly.
- Open Call Summary.
- Edit (rename, update description, move).
- Move to a different folder.
- Delete if no longer needed.
- Click New Folder to group bookmarks (e.g. by topic or agent).
π Sharing a Bookmarked Call
Bookmarks themselves are private, but the underlying call can be shared:
- With the call summary page open, click the
Share this page icon in the top menu, or the π Copy URL icon in the call summary.
- Paste and send the link, and recipients can open the call summary with their own login.
