If your company only has one card on file, you can update the card to make a new card the new payment method and then remove the old card.

- Go to Manage --> Companies and select your Company.
- Click on the Payment Methods tab under the Billing Section:
- Click the +Add button on the top right:
- In this box, enter the Payment Method details. The nickname can be whatever you like.
** If you have more than one location and want to use different cards, add the different cards and give Nicknames to indicate the location(s).
- Now that you have more than one payment method, you can set one as the default and remove one of them.
** Active clients must have at least one payment method on file at all times.
