Now that you have set up the integration for inbound call tracking, you can edit the integration to allow for outbound tracking.
This will make it so any outbound call that is made will also send the call to Patient Prism for analysis.
First, make sure make sure you enable Outbound Call Recording in Mango Voice:

To turn on Outbound Call Tracking:
- Go to Integrations --> Manago Voice and select your company name.
- Click Locations in the Mango Integration side panel:
- Press Update for each location you would like to enable outbound call tracking for:

Enable Outbound Call Tracking and Save Changes:
- From now on, your outbound call recordings in Mango Voice will also be sent to the Patient Prism. These calls can be analyzed or they can just be sent as recordings according to the settings in the Trigger System.
