If you have existing numbers used for marketing or tracking, you could use those numbers to send calls to Patient Prism.
You could choose to move/port those numbers to Patient Prism, but if you would like to keep them where they are now and just share the data with us, you can "Hop" those numbers to our system via a simple forward.
By forwarding the call to a Patient Prism number, you will allow Patient Prism to also analyze the call data.
We recommend setting this method up in a 1-to-1 relationship with your existing numbers so you can see in Patient Prism which number from the other system was dialed.
If you have 5 numbers in your other tracking system, create 5 Patient Prism numbers with similar names and forwarding needs, and then send your other tracking numbers to the associated Patient Prism number.
Any call to your existing numbers will then quickly forward to the associated Patient Prism number and then our number will quickly forward to the office main number.
