The Patient Prism system allows you to make several changes that will allow your company data to appear as the Admins would like it.
Business Schedules:
Adding a business schedule and associating it with a location will allow you to filter calls by During or After Business Hours to allow for a deeper analysis of your data.
Editing Location Settings:
Location Settings are where you will apply a business schedule and update Procedures.
Voice Fingerprint:
To ensure your agents are tagged as answering agents for phone calls, they should enroll their Voice Fingerprint under their user profile.
Unweight Calls Based on Set Conditions:
Using the Trigger System, you can have the system automatically unweight calls based on the conditions set (For example, when a new opportunity does not book an appointment and they had a Medicaid insurance plan).
This will allow you to "ignore" certain calls that did not book an appointment because they were not bookable.
Set Referring Source by Tracking Number Called:
To achieve the best marketing reporting possible, ensure your tracking numbers are receiving a source
Updating Your Follow Up Recommendation Trigger:
The RELO calls will appear on the Dashboard based on this trigger, which tells the system what calls should be recommended for follow-up.
By default, this will be set to apply to all new and existing opportunities that did not book an appointment on the initial call, as well as certain not connected calls where they leave a voicemail that our system thinks is a potential lead.
If you would like your team to only follow up on new opportunities that did not book, this trigger should be updated to reflect that preference.
The next article will explain how to setup call tracking in the Patient Prism system:
Create tracking phone numbers to analyze calls when they are dialed.
