How to Modify a Call Plan to Forward to a Different Number

Call Plans can be modified to forward to different numbers after it has been created.

If you have a group of numbers that share a call plan, you can update the calling plan to update all of the numbers associated with that call plan at once.

To Modify a Call Plan:

1. Go to the Call Plan you would like to update.
2. Click the three dots on the top right and select change name.
3. We recommend that you update the Call Plan's name first before updating the new forwarding target. Having the forwarding number in the Call Plan name makes managing numbers easier.
4. Once the name is updated, press Save.
5. Click the three dots again and click Modify this time.
6. Edit the Dial action.
7. Update the phone number listed.
8. Save
9. Publish the Call Plan.
