Once your company has signed a contract, the Patient Prism onboarding team will create your company in our system and add the contact people as Company Administrators.
We will then reach out via a Welcome Email to introduce you to the Patient Prism team and system.
This Welcome Email will contain information and a link to schedule a Kickoff Call.
This guide will provide instructions and guides to help you set up your company in Patient Prism to receive the data you want to analyze.

- Scheduling your Kickoff Call.
- Add your users to the Patient Prism system.
- Create tracking phone numbers to analyze calls when they are dialed.
- Add your Patient Prism code snippet to your website(s) to track Form Leads.
- Check and update your location settings and create business schedules. (Optional)
- Meet with your Client Success Manager for a System Overview and Training Session.
- Ongoing Customer Success Meetings and Touchpoints.
When ready, please use the link in the Welcome Email to schedule your Kickoff Call.
Please invite all decision-makers, including anyone from your team, who will decide on your tracking method and user setup details.
