If your Practice Management System is not a cloud-based system, the only way for our external system to connect to it is by using a connector, and we utilize Sikka Software for this purpose.
Once you connect your office to Sikka, you can then connect Sikka to Patient Prism.

- Install the SPU that Sikka will provide
- This is what will allow Sikka to link to your Practice Management System.
- You will then have an office ID with Sikka, and the SPU will have a Practice ID for each location in your company.
- Please then email support@patientprism.com your office ID.
After verifying, we will then enter the Office ID in the integration.
- Once that is done, you can configure the Patient Prism Locations to match your practice IDs.
Your contacts will start to enter the Patient Prism system within 24 hours, and you will be able to utilize Patient Prism features to schedule into your office Practice Management System.
