The best way to track marketing insights will be to use our Recommended Marketing Number Setup, which consists of creating a dynamic website number per website you would like to track and different static numbers for your other marketing sources (one number per source).
Once you have all of your numbers set to track the different sources, you can now start to analyze that data as it comes in.
The Performance Report will be the best place to find these insights, specifically the following:

To analyze and overall assignment of how your different marketing sources are doing, navigate to the Referring Sources Pie Chart to see a visualization of the referring sources for the date range and locations you have selected:
To see the sources per location, use the Referring Sources Tab under the Enterprise Insights table:
This is where you will be able to see how many calls each office is receiving per source.
If an office is not receiving enough calls, then this is where you can identify which source is lacking in comparison to your other offices.
The Tracking Phone Numbers table will show you how many calls were received per number as well as booked calls per number:
If you notice that a number is receiving a lot of calls but not enough booked calls, then either the office is not booking calls when the new patients are calling in, or the correct leads are not being sent to the office phones.
