Patient Prism splits the call audio into two different channels.
When listening without headphones, they merge into one.
However, if you are listening to the call using headphones, the default computer settings will cause you to hear the audio in two different ears.
If one side of your headphones does not work, you will not hear the other side of the call.
To solve this issue, you must enable Mono Audio on your computer.
For Windows computers:
- Select the Start button
- Then select Settings > Accessibility > Audio
- Switch on the Mono audio toggle
For Mac computers:
- Click the Apple icon in the top left corner of the screen and select System Preferences/Settings.
- Click Accessibility.
- Select Audio.
- Tick the checkbox for Play stereo audio as mono.
