A Company Admin can block caller phone numbers from being able to call their company's tracking numbers:
Manage -> Companies -> Blocked Callers
Once a number is added, it appears as a blocked number.
We will display how many attempts it made, when its last attempt was, and when the blocked number was created:
A blocked caller will hear a message that says:
"This caller can not be reached," and then the call will end.
It will then indicate in the Blocked Callers section when the last attempt was made and how many attempts were made for this number:
