Your company will already have a trigger that will recommend calls for a follow up.
These follow up recommendation calls are what cause the RELOs to generate on the Dashboard and other reports:
By default, it will recommend all "Not Booked" phone calls, this included:
- New Opportunity calls that did not book and appointment
- Existing Opportunity calls that did not book and appointment
- certain Not Connected calls where the caller left a voicemail where we believe the caller may have been a lead
Your default trigger should look like this:
If you would like only Not Booked New Opportunity calls to be recommended, you can update your trigger to look like this:
If you would like only Not Booked New and Existing Opportunity and to not include any Not Connected calls to be recommended, you can update your trigger to look like this:
Updating this trigger will ensure you are designating the correct calls for follow ups.
