How to Integrate with Curve Dental

1. The first step will be to contact your Curve Dental representative and tell them that:
   
   "I would like to integrate Patient Prism and Curve Dental so that Patient Prism can access and sync my Curve Dental data.
   Please grant Patient Prism access to my Curve Dental instance, and please let me know once this has been completed."
   
   
2. Once Curve Dental has made that update, please submit a ticket to Patient Prism and let us know Curve Dental made the change, and please provide your CurveHero URL:
   https://support.patientprism.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
   
   (The CurveHero URL is the URL you use to access CurveHero. It will be something like "acme.curvehero.com.")
   
   
3. Patient Prism will then enter your Curve Hero URL in your company's Curve Dental Integration:
   Manage-->Integrations:
   https://next-web.patientprism.com/manage/integrations
   Select Curve Dental and select your Company.
   You will now see this screen:
   
   
   
4. We will let you know once that has been added.
   Then, a Patient Prism Company Administrator in your organization can press Sync Patients to pull in your Curve Dental records to Patient Prism.
   
   
5. This information will now be periodically synced every night at midnight.

If you go to Manage-->Contacts, you should see your newly synced contact records.
