Create a trigger in Patient Prism to send custom messages to the designated channel
- Go to Manage--> Triggers:
https://next-web.patientprism.com/manage/triggers - Click +Create.
- Select your Company and Name the Trigger.
- Select Call Analysis Updated.
- Define the Conditions describing when you would like an alert sent to Slack.
- Set your Action as Send Slack Message.
- Select the API Token that was linked.
- Enter the Channel or User ID you would like the messages to be sent to.
- Enter the message you would like to show in the Slack message (the inserts will populate based on the individual calls. For example:
A potential new patient did not book an appointment, please follow up:

Your new trigger should look like this:
If this is all done successfully, then the next time Patient Prism analyzes a call that matches your set conditions, we will send the custom message to your linked Slack Workspace's Channel/User.
