How to Remove a Disclaimer Message

If you do not want a tracking number to play a message telling the caller the call may be recorded, you can remove it by editing the call plan.
First, please check to see if you are in a state that does not require telling the caller the call is being recorded.

To remove a message from a number:

1. Go to the number you want to remove the greeting from
2. Access its call plan
3. Modify the call plan by clicking the 3 dots on the top right
4. Click the three dots on the disclaimer to modify
5. Delete the disclaimer
6. Publish

That number will not play the greeting now and will go straight to the first action.
