The default filter for all Patient Prism users is to show you only Weighted calls on reports.
This means that if a call is unweighted, by default, you will not see its data on reports:
The Trigger System can automatically unweight a call as soon as we analyze it.
You will first need to determine what types of calls you would like to be unweighted instantly.
For the purposes of this guide, we are going to want to unweight the call when the call is classified as a new opportunity that does not book an appointment and their insurance coverage is set to Medicaid.
Please follow the steps below to set this up:
- Go to the Triggers page.
- You can check if you already have a Trigger to Unweight calls by CLICKING HERE.
- Create a Trigger and give it a name.
Example: Unweight - New Patient Not Booked -- Medicaid - Select Call Analysis Updated.
- In the conditions, set the following:
Classification = New Opportunity
Booking Status = Not Booked
Insurance Coverage = Medicaid - In the Action, select Unweight
- Press Save on the top right of the screen
The trigger should look like this:
If you would like to unweight additional types of calls automatically based on conditions, the best thing to do is to make a new trigger that contains these new specific types of conditions.
For example, if a call has a Reason Not Booked that is set as "Service Not Available" you can create a new trigger similar to this one that has that set as its condition:
