If Patient Prism is recording calls via your main phone number held within your phone system, a loop could prevent the caller from reaching the destination if misconfigured.
This would occur if the number we are forwarding the call to is also configured to forward to the Patient Prism tracking number.
If the Patient Prism number is forwarding to a number that is configured to receive the phone calls, then the process will work.
However, if the Patient Prism number is sent to an incorrectly configured number, the call will start back at the beginning instead of ringing the phones.
The most important thing to note here is that in this setup method, the call plan in Patient Prism must be forwarded to a phone company number configured to ring the phone in the desired way.
