Now that a Tag has been created, you can add it to a phone call.
To do so manually, open a phone call and go to the bottom right section under Topics labeled Tags.
You can then click the +Add button and then select a tag you would like applied to a call:
Once that has been done, you have now added a Tag to a call:
You can also add a Tag automatically to incoming calls using a Call Plan or manually in a call.
Select your dial action and finish the call plan:
The best application of automatic Tag application is either to:
1. Add a Tag to a call plan (or group of call plans) and then filter by that tag to see all calls from those call plans
2. Add a Tag to each option selected in a menu by applying a Tag after each menu option
