Location Managers and Company Administrators can modify the review of a phone call that Patient Prism has analyzed.
For example, if you would like to unweight the call, you can modify the review to change it from Weight to Unweighted.
To do so, follow these steps:
- Access the call you would like to make a change to.
- Click the three dots in the top right of the call and then click "Modify Review."
- You will now be brought to the Edit Call screen.
- Here, you can select or unselect call basics and make changes to the Analysis section.
- To unweight a call, you would change the Weighted field from Weighted to Unweighted.
- After updating the section(s) you wish to update, click Submit.
- After Submitting, the top left area should say Successfully saved call review and that the call is "Processing Review."
- If you refresh the page, you should see that the changes you made and submitted have been updated successfully:
