Location Managers and Company Administrators can modify the review of a phone call our system analyzed.
To do so, follow these steps:
- Access the call you would like to make a change to.
- Click the three dots in the top right of the call and then click "Modify Review."
- You will now be brought to the Edit Call screen.
- Here you can select or unselect call basics and make changes to the Analysis section.
- Maddie was originally selected for this call, but I want to assign it to another user, so I going to go to the Agent field and change it from Maddie to Michelle.
- After updating the section(s) you wish to update, click Submit
- After Submitting, the top left area should say "Processing Review."
- If you refresh the page you should see that the changes you made and submitted have updated successfully:
