Google Analytics is driven by “Events,” which can be custom and tied back to other data points.
You can push data from our system to a custom event using the Patient Prism integration.
Since Patient Prism knows the outcome of the call (classification and booking status), you can use the Trigger system to push data to Google Analytics to increment your custom events per call that meet your custom criteria.
You can also report calls based on the phone number called or referring source.
We will explain on the next page how to set this up, but it consists of three major steps:
- Create an Integration and give it a name in Patient Prism
- Enter the Measurement ID and Secret ID from GA4
- Create one or multiple Triggers in Patient Prism to Report Events to Google Analytics based on custom conditions
