An outbound call occurs when you begin a call from the Patient Prism system that a patient then answers.
The outbound call recording will then be in the Patient Prism system for review and reference.
Making an outbound call from Patient Prism is excellent because you can keep all patient communication in one system to reference all conversation history.
There are two types of outbound calls:
- A general outbound call where you can choose what number to dial.
For example, this type can be used to make recare calls. - A follow up outbound call that originates from a call within Patient Prism.
These will place the recording within the follow-up section of the call where the outbound call originated from.
For example, this type can be used to make a follow up call when a patient does not book an appointment on the initial call.
