The Trigger System is what powers the main mechanisms behind Patient Prism.
It is what allows calls to be analyzed, summarized, and attaches agents to calls and it is also what allows the system to send email or SMS alerts to users.
Only Company Admins can make and edit triggers.
The Trigger System is based on Conditions and Actions.
When the Conditions are met, the Actions will occur.
You can think of it as an "If-then" logic statement.
