All Patient Prism needs to record a phone call is for our number to be dialed during a phone call.
This means they could dial our number directly or reach our number indirectly during the “call flow” process.
If the caller does not reach a Patient Prism tracking number during the call flow process, we will not receive the call recording or its data.
There are two different types of tracking numbers, static and dynamic.
Static numbers will always appear as the same 10-digit phone number.
Dynamic numbers have the ability to change based on how the caller found the number online.
They are generated and applied using code, which can only be added to a website.
We recommend using a dynamic website tracking number if you do not have any existing tracking numbers and are unsure how you would like your calls tracked.
This is easy to do and will allow you to start analyzing your calls ASAP.
