If you would like Patient Prism to analyze calls when your main number is dialed, your main number will have to forward the call to a Patient Prism number.
The Patient Prism number will then need to be configured to send the call back to your office.
Below are the instructions to configure your main number to forward to Patient Prism:
- The phone company will need to configure a 10-digit number that is an exact copy of your main number
- Make a Call Plan in Patient Prism that will forward to that new 10-digit number
- Then, create a tracking phone number in Patient Prism that is associated with the new call plan
- The phone company can then forward the main number to the Patient Prism number created in Step 3
After that is done, when the main number is dialed, it will forward to the Patient Prism number, and the Patient Prism number will forward the call to the phone company's new duplicate number that will ring your phone(s) the same way the main number previously did.
Dialing our number allows our system to gather the call recording and data.
The goal is to have the calls end up at the same place they are now, but they will first be filtered through the Patient Prism system.
